spent the eve around a fire with a shaman at Moonlight Beach

Went to a a sweet on the beach Winter Solstice
gathering with Souldancer, and just got home.

Friend Kathy took me up their to Moonlight beach.

We stood at watched the ocean, and the deep waves
that are said to be some of the largest in recorded
history for here and now...up to 25 feet expected tomorrow.

They we all let go of things in the fire and made intentions.

Souldancer appears to live a wonderful
life traveling to places without a car. He has aspirations
of seeing his ceremonial work in many places.

He said the Winter Solstice was one of the most auspicious
nights of the year. While many people were at the malls
shopping, this wasa good way to be bringing in the Light.

Today is the darkest night of the year.
I was feeling some deep feelings...

and pulled four Tarot cards from the Yoyager deck:

Death...
Setback
Balance
and Player...

I will explain more later.

He channeled a message from spirit for me about a star
above that wanted to be reunited with me.
The reenter could be painful, but through allowing
it would be less painful.

It said when we are walking in our soul's purpose
the aloneness and other fears are not there.
We are in that place where we are meant to be.

IT was good to ask questions and be in a vulnerable space.

I liked connected with another ceremonialist.

I told him I was not sure I felt I could get to the other side
of the weakness I was feeling today.

He said, that this was a fear.
Fear is a construction, like a theatrical set.
It looks real from one side, but if you get behind it,
you see it is just a construction of make believe.
I liked that metaphor.

I am feeling more comfortable now, and know
this was all about things I needed to look at today.

Love does not leave. There is no separation.
It is just the many seasons of flowing in and flowing out.
He said that this day was about death, the end of the season
of autumn, and now starts more and more light.

Winter is about resting.
