"The Second Brain" has a lot of gutsy truths we all need to know

Wow!
I spend this time last year with a personal
experience that the guts have a mind of their own.
I used up enough trees in toilet paper to
have environmental impact on the rainforest.
I know what it is to have pain in the gut
and to have your life interfered with
as your consciousness is drawn down to the belly.
I know what it is to suffer the pangs of
distraction as your every sentence is written
against the constant drawn of thoughts reminding you
that once again you have eaten something
or done something that is causing you pain.

So here I am on the side of improvement one
year later. I would say that BIO K brand acidophilus
has escorted the "bad" bowel bugs out of Dodge.
Actually, we know it is all about balance .
I have recvently learned there are more than 500 kinds
of little bacterias that make up a healthy bowel, so
any one kind or brand is likely not going to do the trick.

I am not much of a reader from cover to cover.
I am more an intuitive reader. i count on my spirit
to point me in the direction of the right web site,
or the right page in the extensive library in the house
when I need something.

I am impressed with this book that was recommended
by Marie France Collin, the belly massage master
who I met at the Pac Symposium.

I have just finished the Preface to "The Second Brain."
Your Gut has a mind of its own.

This is a delightful, insightful read.

I highly recommend this book, just after reading
about the first five pages.

This is a very kind hearted man who takes time
to apologize to his wife in the acknowledgements for
the time away from family life.

Michael Gershon M.D. is an excellent writer...he is
delightful. I love some of his sentences and paragraphs so far.
I will trancribe some soon.
