The place formerly called New Orleans asks to be given a breather. Give it back to nature.

We are at a pivotal cross road in the history
of humanity on earth.

The land formerly called New Orleans
asks to be returned to its natural state.

A new City is asked for in another place...
a City designed from "Scratch"
and designed by Feng Shui Shamanic Earth Keepers.

Just as a Frenchman came here and build a new City
300 years ago, so a New Adam/Eve is asked
to step back into the Garden Consciousness now
and create something the will serve the not only the
next 300 years but 1000 years of peace.

Call a Conference.

Call national Days of Mourning.

Mourn what we have all done to ourselves,
and then Start a New.

What principles would you add to such a New Jerusalem?

I see a National Park here in this old spot, in memory
to the end of Racism, Povery, and dedicated toward Goodwilll
between all Humanity. and to the lives of these
people who gave up their lives to point out the
Tragic circumstances we are ALL Buying into
and now Evolving out of.

No engineering feat of hubris will overcome
the Conditions of the place.

Let it go back to its natural state.
