Organic=Less$$:Deradune by YourEnchantedGardener .....

Deradune inspired this. What are ways to eat organically and raw for less money?

This is inspired by Deradune,
and her recent Blog here:

Deradune,

I am so sorry that the foods you are drawn to
are so expensive. Are there no locally grown
produce in your area? Is there anything you
can do to inspire this? Are there no Farmers'
Markets or organic farms?

Here in San Diego, I go to two FM.
One today, and one on Friday.

I get the organic fruit at the end of the day
free, the ones that is beaten up.

I feel some to my worms,
and I put some away for the week.

I also wonder, about how you can get the enzymes
the least expensively. The things that your body is
asking for....what are the least expensive sources?

Victoras Kulvinskas had a book called Survival into the 21st
Century in the 80's. It had lots of inexpensive ways to
get the raw food nutrients.

See if you can find a copy.

The book I wrote for Dr. Jensen
Health Magic Through Chlorophyll
is loaded with Magic Survival Foods...

Chlorophyll,
sprouts,
berries,
seeds

Look around...perhaps your intutition can guide
you to greens of the field that you can juice.

Szekely recommended a garden in pots...
you can grow garlic and onions and beets
and perpetually harvest the tops....just feed the soil.

As far as the shared devastatation,
Take a look at the poem
New Heaven New Earth I wrote this AM on my Blog.

We need to feel this,
and do something about this
so all this life is not lost in vain.

See this please:

This in an opportunity to Uplift ourselves and do
better because we are the lucky ones.
We have always been the lucky ones.

So we have more to give, and more to do to help others.

I am going to look at the link you gave to the the Blog
in New Orleans.
