The Healing Crisis: Jensen was a master of telling Up from Down. Many of us hurt ourselves when we are going up and cannot see that we are going up.

Dr. Bernard Jensen
was a master of the Healing Crisis.

He could tell the difference from looking in the iris
whether a person was on the way up or down.

Sometimes, we mistake a healing crisis for
a disease process.

In natural healing, when we are ready
we have a healing crisis. We retrace the steps.
We go through the same symptoms we had
before as we emininate the residues of energy
trapped in the body.

Not that many people have heard of a healing
crisis, or understand how it works.


It is like we have planted a lovely plant
a Seed Dream of God.

The plant starts growing,
then we rip it out to check its roots.

At the time we need to TRUST the process,
we are killing our Dream.

This is so easy to do.
I have done it myself so many times.

This is how Plant Your Dream works:

1. We get our Dream. We may hear it inside.
" Be Still and Know that i am GOD."

So, we hear it. Sometimes we imagine that
we have made this up. This is not so.

The Soul made it up. We are the Enchanted Gardener's
of the Soul and Soil.

This is Imagination. Imagination is REAL.
Imagination is all made up from the Soul.
All imagination starts as a Seed Dream.

So then, we come down to earth.
We starting planting.

Everything that stands between us and our Seed Dream
is going to come UP.

This is where many of us go into addictions,
or try and be positive when life sucks.

Life sucks because pain sucks.
We like pain...

Someone once said, pain is part of the equation of growth.
Suffering is optional.

Giving birth through your birth canal is not the easiest
stretch. Every woman who has babies knows that!

But she doesn't but on close pin on her opening...
she breathes into it. She does what she needs to go
to move her body and get it out.
She screams. She rants. She raves.
Whatever works.

Giving birth to a new you is no time to imagine you
are going backward.

Nature and Mother Earth is your friend.
She is going to advice you to do what you need to do,
even if it is not going to be pleasant.

This is no time to compare your experience to others.
This is no time to find fault with yourself or criticize others
and tell them they "should" be doing it another way
or eating another way,
or whatever.

The Chinese teach....never give advise or salt unless asked for.

It is sucky to have a program and imagine it is good for everyone.

Go feed watermelon to the Eskamo's in Winter...
The raw food best for them is seal blubber.
That is what macrobiotics is all about...
diet and lifestyle matching climate and soul type.
We are not all the same. Get off it, Leslie,
stop preaching.

So what is up?
What is down?

Are you barfing your head off?
Are you getiting better or worse?

Give it up...there is no better.
There is no worse.
There is just going through it until
one day you look around and realizing you are in love
with life and there is a giggle coming out of your mouth.

It's all a dream.
