Saturday, i spent some time
during some incredible healing work
with Jewish Friends.

It all took place at the Baja Grill in
Hillcrest San Diego where we all had
a delightful lunch.

I had a few bites of the commercial salad
and then took the rest home for my worms.

My main nurturing came from enjoying so much
the a high quality of relationships and the laughter
and joy of the companionship.

I handed out some Evening Primrose to Judith Lief.

I had a wonderful talk with David Rafsky, who is
on the ALEPH board of directors of the largest national Jewish
Renewal Org.

I delighted being with Rhonda, his wife, who has been a friend and ally
since my first entry into Jewish Renewal in 1995 or so.

One of my favorite woman Rabbi's,. soon to graduate,
was also there. I was happy to hear that she has been using
MyVita, the Trace Mineral Supplement that has helped me so much.
I had recommended it to her many months ago, and she followed up.

There were also a few woman there who appreciated the
flyers i handed out about Fat Flush Tortilla's that had been served
at one of the three "Enchanted Gardener's Lunches" at the FSC
the week before.

Lynn Gordon has a wonderful bakery in Minnesota,
and one of these days, i will have one of the Seven Love
Cures inside the Wrapper of each loaf of bread!!!!

I would also like to see her make a healthy commercial Challah,
that is little wheat and mostly other grains.

The healing came in feeling so free to speak and have fun
with Jewish folks who are more and more friends.

Wow! That is big for me. I isolate from the Jewish people
and project so much on them. Every small friendship I make
within Jewish Circles is a major self healing move.

Sometimes we talk about self healing, but it is actually in relationship
with others that we see how well we are doing.

The Jewish people speak make a distinction about healing ourselves
and living in a cave vs accepting the responsibilities of motherhood
and fatherhood and all the life asks of us.

It is here in relationship--close relationship--that we have an opportunity
to test out how we are really doing, and see where we are still living
out from narrow places.

My original pain work is to a great extent within Jewish circles.

It is here where I felt wounded, and here where I come at times
to see how strong I am now.

it's all very exciting to see the self healing showing up
as i relate to "Other."
