THE PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED:
There is a gap between the budget for food to be purchased
by the Hilton and the cost of locally grown organic and biodynamic
food from the local farmers to the Hilton.
THE SOLUTION:

Meeting is today at 2:30 PM
with Chef Hermann and jennifer Black,
Hilton Conference Coordinator to
clarify food ingredients and budget for foods
to be included in the three "Enchanted Gardener Lunches"
We will also walk the free Exhibit/vendor
area to delineate boundaries of Enchanted Garden
installation/Conference Altar. The Organic Celebration
Photo Exhibit, "Lettuce Grow Together!" will be displayed
within this installation. Photos will also go to other sites
within the Hilton to draw in guests at the Hilton to the Organic
Lunches August 5-6-7. The Photo exhibit will be shown
at various locations during the next three months, including
at the showing of "The Future of Food" film at the Seaside Church
in Encinitas on August 12, cosponsored by The Light Connection
newspaper.
