I have been experiencing various
physical health improvements.

I wrote about Bio K,
the acidophilus casei that they sell
around. There is one that is dairy free
as well as with some milk.

There are 50 billion little buggers in this
and it really works. I feel that the Kefir grains
that Tony Parker sells here on the Curezone would
be a great help for me. I am looking forward
to startting that after the Conference i am doing in 22
days.

I am having considerable improvement
in my bowel.

I am noticing that i have also passed through
the phase where i can only eat a few things.

i find that just knowing I am doing well on a few
foods right now helps me avoid other foods that are not good for me.

I have gone into Whole Foods the last couple times
and survived without any binging at all.
This is very big considering where i was
with this for months and months.

Good to report that it is possible to turn around
the food habits and addictions.

My cookie quotient is low...passed it up.
Passed on on the cheese too.

Feels good and the diarrhea i have been having
is definitely way improved. My gut is healing
and i am not having the pain i had for months.

I am at the point where I would rather pay attention to my diet
than push the envelope. i want to be in good shape for
the Feng Shui Conference Aug 4. That is more important
than temp food satisfaction.

I am startting to a few more raw things,
and some blueberries.

No breads or processed grain foods,
other than the basmati rice i make on a regular basis
with raisins to satisfy the cravings.

One basic animal food protein these days...farm
raised, no antibiotics...mixes with a few chinese herbs
in the broth.

Very grateful to be on the other side of a year of bowel
stress.

Some kidney sensitivity...but better when I drink more water.

feeling happier...tired but happy.

heading for bed now near 10 PM.

Seems to be a habit now to rise early and write.
So i am going to get to bed earlier.

that you want.
