Makeda:
she use to run the top
health food restaurant in
San Diego.

What if she here a consultant
to the HIlton for
"Organic Celebration at the HIlton"?

What would it be like
to turn the Hilton into a gourmet
health food restaurant for three days
during the E.G. Lunches?

Called her.
She will consider it.

Enough work here for a month.

And there a lot of other things to do...

What recipes would we recommend?
