I am feeling much better after
ten or more days of total blowout
with diarrhea...just water.
I know the cause was emotional
to a major degree. When I am suppressing
I do not eat well, and if I do not eat well
the candida can get easily out of wrack.
I admire the folks who can do so well
on raw fruits. I love them, but they blow out
my system sorry to say.
I can get away with small amounts I guess.
Papaya worked.
I found that Bio_K acidophilus really made a difference.

It is real expensive at Whole Foods, near $4.75 or more,
and cheaper, down to $1.19 for a six pack at Whole Oats in Seal Beach.
I have suspicions that a person could culture this themselves
if they had any knowledge base at all about making kefirs, etc.
I want more info on this.
It is absurd that we are paying big prices for acidolphilus when
all the natural people had it as a part of their daily life through
cultured milks etc. They did not drink milk that was not cultured
and they made their own health building raw cheeses.
I believe this is healthy for some people.

Bio-K little bottle. I did about four of them so far...
I also added some Cranapple pills that that seems to make
a difference too.
I also got unstuck with some emotions a bit...
I was really getting squeezed and constricted in my energy
flows...the narrow places were hurting...
