Feelings of Heart Sickness as I awaken again to meet the day. What are the remedies for Heart Sickness?

Awakening to my body
from deep sleep,
my body feels and senses loss.
This is natural.

Heart pain
is Heart Sick ness:
Being in the world without Lover,
without one to love and be loved by.

Who has not felt this?

It is time to summon the courage
to feel this too.

Who has loved and not
felt grief?

It comes with opening the heart
to Love.

It comes with being present to Love
when affection from one special one
is no longer here.

It does not matter how many times
one has Loved.

There will always be this
when you love is real.

REMEDIES FOR HEART SICKNESS

1. Read Soul Mates, one of The Seven Love Cures
to yourself many times.

Recognize the GIFT that Lover is bringing to you.
It does not matter what the F...K she is saying in the screwed
up part of her/him. This is merely the STUFF speaking
in the BoX. This may be your STUFF and their STUFF interfacing
to get it out of the flow of our LIFE.

Recognize that this is a gift...

If you Love someone, and have difficult letting them go,
this is because you still have lessons to learn about your self
from them.

The perfect ending of a Lover relationship,
is shifting the form and staying friends.
This is possible when all the STUFF is worked out.
If you feel you cannot be with this person, unless
you are lovers...take a stand on this as well.

There are times you when you will need to take space.

Feel the anger and other feelings. Do not stuff them.
This is a killer. Do not stuff them. If you are feeling rage.
Write it out. If you feel your Lover is behaving as an ass,
write it out.

You are in a feedback loop
You are not alone...
Others have the same issues.
Others are sending you energy
simply by responding.
