Eating some slices of "Woman's Bread" Lynn Gordon's delightful creation from French Meadow's Bakery. It was a healing adventure being with Lin and updating our Seed Dreams yesterday during the closing hour of the Natural Products Expo West. Lin and her staff epitomize Heart and Soul in Industry.

It it Monday, the morning after the Natural products Expo West.
I am grounding my experience there by eating some slices of Lynn Gordon's "Woman's Bread." It is one of my favorite breads from
one of two of my favorite bakeries for health. Dr. Jensen did not recommend bread at all, but he himself would indulge ever so often in what he called "goop" days, days when he would eat almost anything that his desires wanted.

I do not do well digesting bread of late, but when I do eat bread I like the rye yeast free breads that French Meadows creates. An extra treat bread for me, and for me this morning is her "Woman's Bread.

The bread is of course yeast free. I would never recommend
a bread with yeast for candida reasons. Also I like the taste
of this bread, and the other ingredients such as Soy Isoflavones. reseach suggests that isoflavones may maintain healthy bones in women as well as reduce the severity of hot flashes and help maintain cardiavascular health through arterial flexibility,
so the package says.

Lynn ferments the isoflavones and it is confirmed that they do not contain phytic acid and trypsin inhibitors.

I am personally not a big fan of soy products. This bread is the closest I will come to eating them. I just do not digest them well,
but everyone is different.

French Meadow breads will be part of the International Feng Shui Conference Enchanted Gardener's menu that I will recommend. I am hoping that our Hilton hotel, where we are staging this conference August 4-9 (including pre-and post events) in San Diego will continue to use these health breads on their menu.

For a number of years, I have been talking to Lynn about
having my poem "Because She is a Woman" inside the bread wrapper.
Wow! That is going to be quite a Seed Dream when it comes to pass. Lin is enthusiastic about the idea. It is just waiting its time.

I did not promote the Seven Love Cures too much at NPEW. I did read some of the poems with others reading out loud the words and this was fun.

Well, time for a nap.
