September 12, 2023 - The Egregore of Democracy -

The above phrase is mentioned in an article[5] and although the phrase is essentially liked by this blog-writer he's not convinced that its initial one-time usage there offers sufficient understanding as to the true nature of this "beast." He generally believes that you'll probably need more than a "five minute" read on this subject matter to more fully grok what the "Egregore of Democracy" is really all about.

The rest of this blog ("Democracy" and "The Tyranny of the Majority") may offer more toward that end. You may also find: "Right Knowledge for the Full Foundation of American Law!"[6]* helpful.

Comment: "Democracy" as it is popularly referred to, primarily by politically influential writers and leaders, is typically without any foundation in the Organic Laws for: "The United States of America" (unincorporated). It is because of this and also because the American people appear to express little if any protest to the reference as if it truly applies to the self-government of, by, and for the American people that this writer offers the above.

"The British Territorial Government is a democracy."[4]

Comment: So when anyone speaks of: "our democracy" know that whether or not they may realize this (and too often they don't) they are actually referring to the "British Territorial Government" and with regards to American soil that democracy is located in Washington, DC and therefore is absolutely foreign to the American people, of which I am one!

Comment posted at LinkedIn: "... 'rebellion' may be a step up from coerced or even 'voluntary' compliance however there are additional steps up from that position that are urgently required now. The position of rebellion comes from identification with the so-called democratically elected government as if that entity is the superior. We the people are the superior! We are the employers. As the employers - we do not need to rebel! Instead we need to essentially 'fire' insubordinate employees!"

... "the tyranny of the majority". (IMO) This is a phrase that now can apply to the present practice of "democracy" (so called majority rule) that never was intended as an American form of self-government ("of the people, by the people and for the people). The "meme" of democracy seems to have appeared after the "war between the states" (and most especially against the dejure Organic states). The American people were promised "Reconstruction" of their own Republican form of government (as both the foundation and first cornerstone of Lawful Government) however, "Reconstruction" did not restore self-government to the people. This other form called democracy came in and was taught in the government schools and consequently the people have been without their unified collective Power ever since! Worst part of this is that the people don't realize what exactly they are missing! It is beyond the people's memory. Amen to: "speaking truth to power"!
