You can not change yourself, nor force yourself to behave better, without studying the Bible Scriptures and then asking God to help you!
Then He will use His Word to grant you the strength and disciple to walk as Jesus walked.

And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
