Haven't felt much like doing art lately, but this month have started "doodling" again. "Doodle art" is a technique of art therapy; it's very relaxing and keeps one's mind off of one's worries. It helps when listening to the news to doodle, as it gives my limbic system (the "fight/flight" center of the brain) something to focus on that's creative and keeps me from "freaking out".
