IVST Investment is pleased to announce that the acquisition of Authority National Supply (ANS) is closed. ANS was our sixth transaction to date, and has generated $22.8 million in sales through the first three quarters of 2018. IVST now has approximately 55 employees and $34 million in annual run-rate revenue. $IVST Investment added $34 million sales run rate YTD through growth model of acquisitions.
