monday morning blog...a day off!!!!

Laid out on my front porch till a tan line began to develop. Now I am inside and just had the rest of my half cafe with mct oil. Early am sun is so good for you, so healing... I need as much vitamin D as possible so I will lay out again later for another twenty minutes. My ethnic mix I tan in about ten-fifteen minutes without any help but I will rub coconut oil even though that oil makes me prone to burning.

I am out of the Onnit MCT oil and almost out of my alpha brain supplement. It is the only formula that seems to work for me. Working in geriatric psych has made me a little paranoid about my brain health. Also I have an aunt with lewy body dementia.

In gastroenteritis news:

I did not poop yesterday at all. It made me nervous to not poop after what I went through all week. However, I realize that my intestine is returning to normal and I did eat bread two days in a row. Hence, my carb intake was higher.

I thought I would go all vegetarian but I realize I like meat and brain wants animal fat. I knew I was getting better when my brain said FAT on friday lol. Extra avocado on my sandwich which was preium turkey. I have not had any red meat though. My goal is to get back in the groove of working out and walking long distances and enjoy a plant based diet...as in lots of vegetables, fruits and good poultry and salmon...real fatty fish. I want to enjoy life and not stress about food because #firstworldproblems eh?

The wormwood kit is a massive success. I am going to cut back on the capsules a little bit, taking them at night before bed. I will employ some 16hr fasts to help the liver along and reset my body from eating carbs when I was sick.

I am going on a brief dog walk. Scrappy can't handle heat as it gives him seizures. I am treating those with CBD oil, half a dropper a day.
