It appears that I am peeling away layers of critters as I go. This time it was a hard shelled, red tapeworm. Very unusual.
What was even more unusual was that I wasn't trying to cleanse. I had done 5 days of mebendazole at the Jan. full moon and had found NOTHING. So I assumed that I was done, that I was free and clear.
At the end of Jan. I was working on reducing my blood sugar and becoming a vegan on a low calorie diet. High blood sugar and obesity were my next targets in my quest for health.
I added alpha lipoic acid (ALA), MSM, CoQ10, Tumeric, chia seeds and apple cider vinegar to my daily regimen. The apple cider vinegar was in a bottle with limeade and stevia. I was also drinking lots of hibiscus tea with stevia.
My blood sugar was coming down but I read that ALA was the best thing for neuropathy. So I increased the ALA from 250 mg to 600 mg. I'm not sure why the tapeworm was expelled but it may be the increase in ALA, the stevia, the chia seeds or a combination of what I was already taking and the new supplements. I do take about 50,000 IU of Vit D on a regular basis. Some believe that Vit D is critical to eliminating parasites.
I expelled a red, hard shelled tapeworm over 2 days.I only noticed it as it was red and stood out in my stools. Attached are pictures of the segments. I then expelled some really nasty smelling loose stools over the course of the next day. Small yellow things similar to the unidentified things from the last post also showed up.
I am feeling much better but I am pursuing MattK3's tapeworm and fluke protocol. I also tested positive for a lot of heavy metals and even uranium. I am now on a quest to figure out how I acquired these metals and working on eliminating them. It will likely take a year to clean out the metals.
