WHO WANTS TO PLAY?
VALUES I HOLD MOST DEAR
These dictate the vision and mission
The purpose of the house for more than 35 years has been to teach enchanted Garden Values and educate about them.
I see my writings and art part of my legacy I would leave to the house. Some of the space has supported and supports Enchsnted Garden projects such as the latest being the Enchanted Garden Baker Creek outpost.

WORK FUND
Work fund to hold funds to cover deep cleaning, pay out for extra work done.
This account has money from 12 hour payments and pay outs for extra deep cleaning and compost services plus additional duties to be explained.
An accounting of work done per month needs to be managed and seen as hours belonging to the community that cover how we uphold house stsndards of cleanliness beyond everyday clean up;
Our community priorities need to be listed here.
Some funds could cover grounds clean up if funds are available.

If we want to take more time and have a bigger shared say in choosing housemates; additional money members pay in for investing; income from workshops; renting property for weddings; storage fees on shared use footage ; God forbid lawyers; trainings in communication skills such as counsel training NVC:; sharing foods --community pantry;

LMR ACCOUNT
This accounts holds money for landlord expenses beyond month to month maintenance;
Insurance and taxes and deposits equal to LMR is transferred into this account and paid out from here.
Funds from other owners cover major expenses as an example deck repair, and foundation repair would come out of this account.
A minimal buffer to cover vacancy of $800 a year is here.
VETTING PROCEDURES
These are in the process of being further refined to give a larger community voice as well as financial responsibility for covering vacancies as needed;
