What people say about the food they eat and what people actually eat.

I hear people say: "I watch what I eat" giving others the impression that they are careful to only eat really nourishing food and then later admit: "I love eating cookies"!
I can understand how vegans can have these somewhat secret food cravings. Vegans typically are not getting real healthy (from a grass-fed animal) fats in their diet (to balance what is often a high carb intake) and consequently the imbalance shows up with sugar cravings from hypoglycemia. (Strict vegetarians can experience this as well.)
"Watching" what one eats doesn't really meaning anything to me if one eats what amounts to as non-food items[1] or what Dr. Price called "the displacing foods of commerce".[2]
