December 19, 2023 - The Transition From Youth to Adulthood -
"If we remember that there is a correspondence between the life of a human being and that of nature, we can say that a young person's formative years can be compared to the period when the earth itself was being formed. At that time, no organized form of life was possible on earth, for it was nothing but a seething mass of molten matter constantly racked by volcanic eruptions... Nothing solid can be built on such unstable ground, and this means that before they can become a hospitable environment for plants, animals and human beings, symbolically speaking, young people have to introduce an element of moderation, control and harmony into their lives. It is this that constitutes the transition from youth to adulthood: the transition from an unorganized, chaotic, unstable life to a life that is rich and full and beneficial both to oneself and to others."[11]*

"Most human beings are not very keen to know themselves in order to improve. ..."[9]
If this is true - it underscores the need for proper vetting[10] before having a new individual move into the "garden".

I do not know about the "evolution" of the "onion". I do not know whether or not that is really possible. If it is possible I am more than open to seeing it and responding accordingly to it. If you have seen "My Human Design"[1] then you may know that I am designed "To Respond". I am not designed to initiate important decisions. If a "fellow gardener" doesn't know me according to my design then it will be easy for them to project their idea of who/what I am and thereby be met with disappointment. I got to directly witness first hand some of that disappointment earlier.
What I do know is that I am continuing to evolve/transform! I accept that I am differentiated from others and that my differentiation can appear more pronounced in a group environment and especially if a member of the group is advocating a certain group action to support their idea of what's the right thing to do with a "rotten onion" (or apple as the case may be ; ~ ). I accept the difference in "thinking". It's part of differentiation. And I have reached a point in my transformation/deconditioning where I can only be who and what I am and only wish to be that without apology!
Nevertheless I am sorry that others feel "disappointment" and/or any other kind of "not okay feeling" as a result of how they perceive my behavior even when they say I am perpetuating "evil" by not taking a stand against it. I'm sorry that it is not known that I am here to love beyond the limits of what others may allow for themselves to love. In addition to my design "To Respond" I also have the "Vessel of Love" as my "Incarnation Cross". It is my destiny to love through whatever appears (even if it "kills" me because I have a "3/5 profile").
I'm sorry that dialogue is not known and fully embraced. Dialogue includes "into me see" - intimacy. Any group endeavour must have dialogue between the participants or "the doorway to pathology" is continually left open; even as people imagine that they are dealing outwardly with the externalized expression of a pathology that is partly their own projection!

March 17th, 2016 - Happy St. Patrick's Day!
It is truly my joy to share understanding with others (and that's if they want it). I am willing to understand human behavior and especially when the behavior appears to "shock" others or is considered to be pathological. I've been inspired to understand what has been identified as the "reptilian brain".
"The reptilian brain (or R complex) ... coordinates behaviors involved in ... self-preservation.
The reptilian brain provides programs for ... survival activities, including territorial behavior ... power
struggles, and social hierarchies. The traditional view of the R complex as a motor apparatus has been expanded in recognition of its more complex roles in the regulation of ... behavioral (nonverbal) communication, social interaction ..."[2]
Continuing with my research I find:
"Frustration through unfulfilled expectancies happens sooner or later in every relationship.
The Reptilian Brain Reaction -
The problem is, we take this frustration personal. We think that the other person did it with bad intention, and then our reptilian brain kicks in (Fight or Flight), and so we start to attack. Of course an attack triggers nothing else but another reptilian brain reaction, either defending, re-attacking or fleeing from a threat."
I am sorry that I don't know of anyone else in my "garden" who has adopted "The Four Agreements" and especially: "Don't Take Anything Personally"! I am sorry that although the "garden manager" actually started a book study of "The Four Agreements" I have no idea whether or not any of those agreements were ever adopted by the manager. I am sorry that my reports and testimonials as to the liberation that I experience through keeping the Four Agreements apparently are not sufficient (or whatever) to inspire an adoption by the manager. All four agreements are directly applicable in the kind of communications and especially dialogues that are required for a healthy social environment wherever that may be!
Also "the Triggered State" although it is described in the context of an intimate relationship it still contains mind-body / physiological-emotional relevance to the subject matter of "rotten onions".[3]
In addition to the challenges of an overstimulated reptilian brain there can be challenges with the way we direct even the more conscious parts of our brain as well, especially when we feed our fears.
"What If? Don’t Worry, Be Conscious
Fear can manifest in a host of ways. Worry is one of the most subtle. Most don’t attach worry to outright fear, they think it’s just a mild concern. Fear is too strong of a word in their minds, which is actually a form of denial and very dangerous. Worries lead to unconscious thoughts and actions. Now if it’s a genuine concern that’s one thing, and needs to be handled, but these wrongly minimalized worries are dangerous and need to be either let go of, or taken care of.
Worry is sometimes brought on by ourselves by not acting on what we know we should be doing, or not doing. However, most worries are completely futile distractions and a total drain."[4]

A old wise soul in a young man's body wrote:
"The day my wife read the first draft of this book, her response was, 'it’s a great book! Are you personally ready to jump 6 years into our future?' As of that morning, our lengthy application to become foster parents had gone through and there were two kids ages three and five waiting for us to pick them up. In an instant, we went from having no children (and infinite free time) to having two.
Initially, the radical change felt traumatic. Having never been parents before, we were overwhelmed and underprepared. To be transparent, during the first few months of being a foster parent I was extremely depressed. The turbulence and utter jolt to my entire system was paralyzing. I struggled to connect with the kids. In many ways I resented them. Their poor behaviors were easy to observe and obsess over. I wanted to be away from home. Inevitably, this led to challenges in my marriage and home life. My overall happiness and satisfaction with myself and my life diminished.
After 10 weeks of foster parenthood, I reached an absolute low. I knew something needed to change—that something was me. Jim Rohn has said, 'Don’t wish it was easier. Wish you were better.' I stepped back and realigned with my vision. I reconnected with the real Ben Hardy. As a result I began
to see my circumstances for what they really were. Immediately, feelings of gratitude washed over me. Life became good.
I made a decision. I chose to love the kids and to be happy that they were with us. My attitude was altered.
More amazing than my change in perspective, however,
is how the kids responded. They opened up to me because
they felt my love, not my resentment. Harmony enveloped my
home. Peace radiated in my heart."[5]

The Garden Manager has the following numerology:
33/6
3: Expression
3: Expression
6: Vision
All digits have an influence—but the "6" here is key to the manager's hidden calling.
Those on the 33/6 life path are here to work through issues of perfectionism, emotional expression, and self-doubt in order to bringforward their inspiring vision of life’s possibilities, while appreciating the innate perfection of the present moment. This world contains both beauty and ugliness, kindness and cruelty. Those working 33/6 energy, with their high ideals and acute sensitivity, tend to feel disheartened by the problems and imperfections of the world, but they suppress their sadness and even their anger as they attempt to “do the right thing” due to their high standards. Ironically, even with their depth of emotions, 33/6s can appear cool and unemotional. The lives of 33/6s grow brighter when they realize that their visions, hopes, and high ideals are here to inspire them, not become the yardstick by which they measure the world. They need to appreciate that in the world of form, no perfect person, performance, or product exists; they also need to appreciate and express their vision of the inherent or higher level of perfection already existing in the world.[6]

February 3, 2018 - Seeing Deeply Into the "Onion" Core - Past Many Layers that "Keep Us Enchanted by Things As They Are."!
I can hardly tell you just how deeply I appreciate the kind of Insight that recognizes a core truth of why a certain condition not only exists but appears to be continually perpetuated year after year without abatement. I have that insight now in my immediate reading of the following quote from the enlightening presentations of Jon Rappoport:
REFLEXIVE RESISTANCE
by Jon Rappoport
January 14, 2012
from JonRappoport Website
INTRODUCTION
Since I’ve written hundreds of articles that attempt to stimulate imagination, I’ve had to take into account the resistance - many people pretending they’re simply "the audience." They watch. They keep their distance. They enjoy the show.
If they think I might be writing about them, they deflect the message like a matador.
In some strange way, the reflex to deflect keeps the universe in the condition of status quo.
Because, think about it. What would happen if a few billion[7] people, on this planet alone, woke up one morning galvanized by their imaginations to such a degree that they began to create new realities at an unprecedented rate?
Life would never be the same.
To personify what I mean by status quo, it’s as if a deal were taking place, under the table, between humans and the universe. "We’ll pretend imagination doesn’t exist, and you, universe, keep us enchanted by things as they are."[8]
-
The applicability of my insight into the "Onion" comes close to the "heels" of a most recent meeting with garden manager that I had requested explicitly as a followup in order to review my essential agreement in "the garden". I have notes from that meeting I intend to review and fully digest and once I do I'll have a substantial report to submit here.

[7] I think if one considers the full impact of creative thought (scientifically supported in documenting the effects under such titles as "hundredth monkey syndrome", "morphogenetic fields" and the like) then "a few billion people" are not necessarily required so that "Life would never be the same". Along with "imagination" we also have the genetic factor to bare in mind and for that I most highly recommend reading "Gene Keys" by Richard Rudd:
