"Food is transformed into each creature’s own nature as they consume it."[1]
This law of nature modifies the conventional wisdom of "you are what you eat" (that was already "modified" with the higher understanding of "you are what you digest").
Anyone who understands what takes place in digestion knows that food is indeed transformed. But into what exactly is another (much more profound) question.

Hope, faith and love correspond to good health and well being.
"...When hope is strong, it works on the physical body and has a favorable influence on the stomach and the whole digestive system. If, on the contrary, it is weak or defective, the digestive system as well as the beauty of the body are affected. Faith ... is linked to force and influences the lungs. We must cultivate faith if we want to receive energies, be fulfilled in our life and be inspired by celestial fragrances..."[2]

Listening to Ravi Singh[3] and agree with what he says about individuality and the unique dietary needs. However he makes several mentions of transiting from eating meat to veganism that may have worked for him but that (as far as I can see) does not work for most others. If eating meat doesn't work for someone I would interview the individual to learn why. If the individuals meat consisted of hot dogs and/or other highly processed meats of questionable quality then a first transition could be to replace the hot dogs with whole grass-fed products. All meat is not the same! There is a world of difference between a confined grain-fed animal and one that is in the pasture. That's just considering the source and then there are all the other differences between preparation and the meal itself. I don't know that I would recommend veganism because I don't know of any successful vegan culture that has survived over multiple generations. I really don't know if an absolutely vegan culture exists. However I know vegetarianism could be successful if it's managed mindfully.
Now I hear him in the interview speaking of breatharianism as "where we're all headed and live like plants do off of light and air." We are not plants!
