It's now exactly one full week since I started this post in direct response to a report that I had received privately from a friend and from whom I was waiting for additional information. I've not received any additional information and therefore can't respond further about that particular "report".

However, this much I can say. There is an ongoing need for virtually all Americans to know and understand the four 'Organic Laws' of The United States of America and especially whenever confronted with any governmental presentment!"[2]
