You can "render unto Caesar what is Caesar's" and to do that with certainty you'll need to know what is truly Caesar's and what isn't. You'll need to know what Caesar actually owns otherwise you'll be "rendering" what is yours unto Caesar. To understand what Caesar owns you'll need to know the four Organic Laws:
