Had improvement today in diarrhea, and lots of extra energy. It was a Farmers' Market day, one of the best i have had in a very long time.
This was one of the suggestions that Dr. Ellen Tart Jensen gave me via email.
I am wondering about the acid-alkaline balance of this.
I have not yet mastered on to do a PH test.
Sole with Himalyan Salt
The other new remedy I added today, that I have not used consistently was Sole.
I started to blog about this before.
I believe this gave me energy.
The therapeutic benefits of this seem very much what I need.
Here is a link about Sole:
This was one of the finds from #scrippsnatsup conference January 16-28, 2015.
Drinking enough water
This is still a problem.
My tongue showed that I needed to hydrate more when Ellen checked it on Feb. 6, 2015. This is one of the keys that my kidney surgeon has been saying all along.
I am aiming to drink three of the containers of water each day. This is still very challenging.
Is slippery Elm acid or alkaline?
Alkaline…says Ken.
