It is 8:17 am on Monday, January 19, 2015. It is the morning after the 12th Annual Scripps Natural Supplements Conference. The attendees are likely home or near home.

The decisions I made in the last 72 hours are sinking in. I said "No" to an invasive Kidney Stone Procedure that felt too much like surgery. The procedure was called Perentaneous Mephrolithotomy, a procedure where they cut an incision through my back around the kidney area, insert a tube, go in, and pull out the stone.

Friday morning, during the morning session I received a phone call from Karen, the nurse at my Kidney Surgeon specialist. I was scheduled for a procedure that is near guaranteed to pull out the almost one inch kidney stone that formed since I had a shock wave procedure last June. The calcium oxalate stone is now near three times the size I had in June!


I met a dog at the Hillcrest Farmers' Market yesterday, following the close of the conference. His name was Chaos. This morning, I am managing early morning chaotic feeling, as I come to terms with my decision to not do surgery this Wednesday. I am going to record in this Plant Your Dream Blog the steps I am going to take to Heal Myself. This journey, between now and Spring's Natural Product Expo West will involve numbers of Plant Your Dream Blogs.

This morning, I was to reflect on the assembly of my Healing Team, some new members from the three day conference. I also am looking a various historical photos on my desk. This is where I want to bring order. I will put some of these photos is more manageable plastic sleeves in a notebook that will also contain the opportunities reflected in paperwork I gathered over the last three days.

I begin the journey this morning, on a search to find one of the new remedies I am going to use. It is called Biocidin, Broad Spectrum for Tough Immune Challenges. I will blog on that. It is the first new remedy I took this morning.
