I am hungry now.

I spent the day going to Lab Corps three times to turn in test results. Part of it was physically messy.

My Health Picture

My health picture is a big question mark and that is getting to me this morning.

I really am feeling the results of throwing in the towel and taking liberties with my diet.

I started that up in the San Fernando Valley right before leaving for home. I was frustrated. I kept eating poorly for ten days. I see how addictive sugar is.

Where do I go from here?

I have been looking to one person for leadership about what supplements to use. I am in a quandary. My main supplements that I used for many years do not check out. What do I do about that?

I need to regroup on what I am taking.

Planning my future in light of my health condition?

How do I make plans for next year's trip now based on my current health?

I am in near three months of diarrhea and low back pain as well that is likely kidney's. The kidney's seem to act up when I sit! I have brought out the jumper that was one of Dr. Jensen's remedies. I am getting up more to jump. Oh, it is called a mini trampoline.

I Turned in an order for more seed envelopes.

I do not want to stay in the space of the future being out of control. I turned in an order for more seed packets that I can make. At least I can be in control of that!

I got to Brenda early this morning about my art work. It needs to go back up in the student lounge.

I need to complete on at least a web blog for the donors of that gift.
