Tuesday am at the Frey Vineyard--Garden Management Journal

Yesterday, Monday, September 15, was a powerful day. It began in the early morning with setting intentions between 2:30 am-2:35 am. An email I received said to do that. Intentions that could influence the rest of our life was suggested.

IT is 8:51 am now, Tuesday.

I am having intense and frequent evacuations from my bowel this early morning. I took a supplement a couple times that Jonathan suggested that helped him with gastrointestinal issues.

The evacuations are clouding my thoughts.

I am mapping out a plan to leave here. This is disappointing because there is an option to stay longer, but I want to get Nadine home to some work on the 25th, and then there is the beginning of the Ten Days of Awakening that beginning Tuesday eve, September 23.

I am filling my schedule up with day to day plans and this is upsetting, because I could really use a long rest. This is an idyllic environment in many ways.

I better make some calls to arrange for places to stay.
