Cancel Smilebox. ouch!
Before beginning these steps to cancel your Club Smilebox subscription, please log in to your PayPal account at http://www.paypal.com.
Once you are logged in, follow the steps below:
1. Under "My Account", click "Profile" on the right-hand side of the menu bar
2. sellect "My money"
3. In the "My preapproved payments" section, click "Update"
4. Click on "Smilebox, Inc." from the list
5. Next to "Status", click "Cancel" to cancel your subscription
Please Note: PayPal will ask you to confirm your cancellation.

How do I cancel a completed payment or request a refund?

Once a payment is marked as completed, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can request a refund of a completed payment. To request a refund, send the seller an email. Ask the seller to go to the Transaction Details page for your transaction and click Issue a refund.
You can request a refund up to 60 days after you pay for your item.
Here’s how to find the seller’s contact information:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click Transactions near the top of the page.
Click the transaction you want a refund for.
Use the contact information to send the seller an email.
If your seller doesn’t agree to refund your money, you may be able to open a dispute in the Resolution Center. You can open a dispute if you didn’t receive your item or you received something that doesn’t match the seller’s description. (You must open your dispute within 45 days of paying for your item.)
In the Resolution Center, you can communicate directly with the seller and try to resolve the problem. If you aren’t able to work it out, we may be able to help you get a refund.
Note:
If you paid with your debit card or credit card, your payment is refunded to your debit card or credit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
If you paid with your bank account or PayPal balance, your payment is refunded to your PayPal account.
