I'm dictating this via iPhone microphone.

I'm lying in bed with my eyes closed.

I'm starting to come back alive. I hope I can do this. There's a lot to live for now. I can understand why Dr. James O'Sullivan Darcy tested strong for the FES five flower remedy.

He is a medical intuitive who is working with me.

I can see some progress from the formulas he suggested.

Five flower formula is in shock. I have been through incredible shocks this entire year.

Rick Passo and Katrina Frey helped me a lot yesterday through their actions towards me.

Rick ran with the story I wrote called a wrap up on the story I wrote about the Simpson see the library department of ad communications that can lead to a national protocol that supports see you libraries as well as Seed law regulations.

I'm starting to re-stab life my plant connection. I got a new sourdough starter yesterday from Mel.

I began making some new Dough last night. Real dough can lead to making real Dough i.e. money. That is an inspiration that just came in. Your slot to say about Real dough.

I'm aware that my mind has become fragmented this year


I started to get my mind back a couple weeks ago that is a first good step

When I write I start to get in touch with my soul.

Through plants. And exercise, that's a new one for me, I can reestablish my connection with my body.

I need positive feedback in this world for me to be here.

I have a great opportunity to fill my commitment to the natural heirloom expo. That show is in less than a month. I've started to look at myself in the mirror. I've been losing a lot of weight.

I've had very little control over my bowl the last month.

This is turning around a little bit.

This morning I want to go to the farmers market.

I need to keep making my comeback.
