Stress as killer

I have been living with self inflicted pressure for many years. It is really getting to me now.

I feel I learned this from my father.
He was a rage-aholic when I was a kid. I internalized this.

I would like to do what I need to do without harming myself.

I wonder if anyone has had the experience breaking the pattern of making kidney stones,

I have become a master at taking problems, adding pressure, and making kidney stones.

Dr. Judith Larkin Reno says I am being Willful. She says I should accept I am 66 and cannot do things that I used to do.
