Right from the start of Prop 37 I had my concerns. II am in favor of Labeling GMOs and having the Right to Know what is in our food, but I feel that the Right to Know and the Know how to grow our own food go hand in hand. I see it as inevitable that we will Label GMOs, but will we end up closer to “Outgrowing GMOs?” Labeling is not enough. We need to get GMOs out of our food supply, Is this possible? How do we go about it?
Where do we start? I believe a shift in consciousness is being asked of us as individuals. Food reform will come as we return to becoming a nation of Eminent small gardeners who have shifted our own consciousness and healed our estrangement from nature,
I see a grassroots movement, made up of individuals living their dreams as a pre-requisite to influencing the consciousness of Washington. A marriage is needed that begins with us, inside us. I am speaking of a marriage between the soul--our essence-- and nature, Because there would be so many of us in touch with the beat of nature we would eventually create a groundswell that would touch Washington. Uncle Sam, currently in the farm bed with Biotechnology, would return to the Technology that is intended to grow on earth. I call that Technology Nature's Original Technology.
"Eminence"--in my definition means having soul in the driver's seat of our lives. Eminence comes from feeling we are the King in our own life. Gardening, and what it teaches about the self, is one of the clearest ways to create eminence.
My dream is that Washington will come around to seeing that GMOs in our food supply are not good for us as a nation. GMO proliferation is a symptom of our estrangement from nature and knowing the nature of our soul.
I see Washington getting married to the Anti GMO point of view for its own economic best health. Good luck. Fat chance. How do we get there from here?

GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL
This is a revision of a Graphic that I was working on June 3, 2014. Last night I attended a Shavuot event with the Elijah Minyan and woke up this morning with a Revelatory Dream. Shavuot is a mountaintop experience that represents our marriage with God. It was good to see where I am now in my life.
In working on this Graphic I see, that I have been fully consumed with experiences at the house. I have lost my relationship to the projects that give me passion.
My health is in need of attention as a result of the path I have followed these past five months of 2014.
I am not convinced it is wise to pursue attempting to fulfill the words on this poster announcing my participation in the National Heirloom Expo.
The very exercise of working on a New Pizza Box for Fall 2014 is helping me see where I am now in my life.
The summer of 2014--especially the next seven weeks--is a crucial time to when I have committed to downsize.
Exactly what kind of downsizing with I be able to do?
I need to work on my health. Is there room to work on my New Pizza Box for Fall?
I am on AminoActiv now, the natural anti-inflammatory I use. I can see feel a groin discomfort on the right side.
I began walking up stairs two days ago and using the therapy pool at the nearby Kroc Center.
The dynamic at the house is a full time job and has been these last five months.
A big issue has been resolved, but the underlying currents need to be addressed.
My present health condition is a result of the inner conflicts on my plate.

What’s so Special about Heirloom Seeds? My relationship with Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds became in the Prop 37 Campaign in 2012. I received one of 160,000 free packets of Non GMO San Marzano Tomato seeds that were a contribution to foster Non GMO awareness. Growing out those tomato seeds at the same time I was inspired to grow ancient Kamut® Khorasan wheat, and the events in Washington to Label Pizza a vegetable, motivated me to Grow a Healthier Pizza.
The National Heirloom Expo that year shifted my future plans. Since I have made friends with Jere Gettle, a gentle man and kindred soul who sees as I do, a nation of small gardeners, transforming the landscape of our political and social reality. What’s so special about Kamut® Ancient Grains?
My work is called Plant Your Dream. I have been a longtime enthusiast of the work of Edmond Bordeaux Skezely who in a short story about Zarathustra awakened by Soul to its purpose to follow in the footsteps of the ancient Persian gardener who returned his nation to prosperity through getting its King to garden simple wheat seeds. It was then I met Dr. Robert Quinn. I see it as inevitable that GMO's will be labeled, yet "Outgrowing GMOs" asks a shift in Consciousness that begins with the individual, and becomes a Grassroots Movement, that is profoundly nature connected, and then, because of its popularity, trickles upward to become a shift that becomes so popular that Uncle Sam Marries "Anti" GMO. You are invited to the wedding. The wedding date is in your wants.
More and more people are becoming Engaged in the fight against GMOs. We are marching. We are creating the consumer demand for labeling as well as an a growing awareness that biotechnology in the farm field is a lost cause for many reasons including health and its impact on the loss of biodiversity of seeds. GMOs are a symptom of a disconnection, a loss of soul with the soil. My hope is that the connection will be made that true cultivation begins in the soil, and it is here were the roots of our grassroots movement will become grounded.
There is something very, very real that happens when we garden even a single seed. There is something profound and connected when in seeing and feeling the growth of a plant we see that we are feeding our dreams. When the vision of planting becomes connected with the natural growth process, we are taking steps that will lead to an awaking of consciousness.
I have been involved in a movement toward Food Reform for many years. I became super involved when Prop 37 came around. The Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza was inspired by a number of factors including the takeover by the “Moneybags” of our government (once again) and its influence on putting profits over the the health of foods for our children.
The incident that occurred in nov 2011, the naming of Pizza as a vegetable, inspired the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza. The seed for this Campaign was already in place. Early on in Prop 37, I received one of 160,000 free packets of San Marzano Tomato seeds, popular for making pizza sauce, from the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company.
My love affair with wheat went back decades when I discovered the work of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely who told the story of how Persia and its kind recovered their economic strength, when they became a nation of gardeners. I had already been growing Kamut® wheat, an ancient original variety of wheat that is great for pizza dough; many find, in spite of its original gluten content, that ancient Khorasan wheat, under the high standards of organic Kamut® and this trademark does not bring the same allergy reaction as modern wheat.
I am convinced that through the 1000′s and 1000′s of hours spent by the “Anti” GMO movement, we will get labeling; however, This is only catching the surface at a deeper core issue. We have lost as a nation our connection with the beat of nature.
For us to truly outgrow “GMO”s another kind of personal commitment is needed: Literally Winning Back our Sacred Seeds–The seeds of our soul destiny through rediscovering that literally growing heirloom seeds and growing ancient grains have many lessons to teach us.
In the mad rush to create newer and better technology to get us out of our dilemmas , we forget that Nature already had a perfect technology in mind that goes hand in hand with living on this earth.

Right from the start of Prop 37 I had my concerns that one day, it was inevitable that we would get GMOs Labels, but that we would end up no wiser about “Outgrowing GMOs.”
I literally believe the shift in consciousness that is being asked of us will come as we return to becoming a nation of Eminent small gardeners who have shift the consciousness of Washington because there are so many of us in touch with the beat of nature.
The groundswell would eventually touch washington. Uncle Sam, currently in the farmed with Biotechnology would return to Nature’s Original Technology is intended to grow on earth.
I have been influenced by the climate change scientist Guy Macperson. He believes that from his research, we have limited years before our human race goes extinct. I am convinced that losing our seeds, the vast variety of seeds, and losing our Know How to grow our own food are steps toward extinction. The demise of our ability to grow our own food and the loss of seeds will come before human extinction. In helping to Win Back our Sacred seeds, we are helping to Win back our Souls. In living the earth better, as individuals than we found it, or striving to do so, we are doing all we could. The Earth, I believe, will survive, in spite of us, and yet with us, hopefully we will return to the earth one day as a wiser species. It is important how we leave this planet if we are to leave.
I believe as MacPherson, that catatropic conditions brings the best out of each of us. I have witnessed this throughout my whole life, beginning with being a reporter on a local newspaper as the San Fernando Valley Earthquake of 1971 hit. I saw people everywhere reach out to help one another. Now is the time to reach out to help one another through learning to grow some of our own food. In doing so, we are becoming Eminent Gardeners of America the Beautiful.
Many of the Presidents in the early years of our nation were Eminent Gardeners. It is the loss of this basic connection to the soil that predated current Technological catastrophe. In my eldering years, I am sorry that my wisdom has not kept up with what I needed to know. When I first heart of the National Heirloom Expo…I knew this was my show and a place where my people were gathering.

I was spiritually raised by Dr. Bernard Jensen, a San Diego resident for many years. He called himself a Nature Boy. He knew that Growing Food and Food Reform went together. GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL FOR THE JOURNEY TO THE SHOW
Part of Friday at the Natural Products Expo was making rounds with Paul Wallace director of The National Heirloom Exposition. Many of the sponsors of this very important event September 9-10-11, 2014 at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds participate in the Natural Product Expo West.
This photo was taken in the Natural Product Expo office where my dear friend Jo Dickson was manning the main desk. I was not feeling that well a day before when I first saw this picture of a farmer in the office.
Then, a day or so later, I brought Paul up there. Paul is the epitome of a Seed Freedom hero in my eyes. I feel so honored that he believes in me. My father died a month before the Natural Product Expo. On the last day of the show, I had to leave early to honor my father. I went into an Orthodox Jewish Synagogue where I heard Rabbis speak about my father and who is was for them. They did not know who I was. I had to speak out. They were serving sugared soft drinks and foods that I consider poison to the little children. I was exhausted, but I gave an enpassioned speech with fire in my eyes. I have never related to my Jewish Orthodox roots. It is the source of original pain. I felt I lost my father to the cemetery where he said prayers every Sunday for the departed. I connected with the Rabbi who honored my father. I left him Sacred Seeds. The day following I started to develop chest congestion that went on for 2 1/2 months and then has been followed by issues in my gums and kidney involvement.
I am convinced that many of us are being asked now to look at core issues. Some of these issues are profoundly difficult for me. I have taken on responsibilities at home that are difficult as I age. I am looking for solutions. Right now, as I update this, June 7, I am prepping materials for the Fourth Annual National Heirloom Expo- The World’s Pure Food Fair! I do not feel in the best of health, but I am resolving to find again my resolve to do with my days when is most important.
Self care is most important; yet my self care is married to my passion to uplift humanity. My father served his community. Without serving, I feel my fragility. Dr. Bernard Jensen, my spiritual father, once said that most people die in bed. He was a workaholic and many of the nature photos I took of him came from interrupting him and demanding he come with me into the garden for very special shots.

Right from the start of Prop 37 I had my concerns. II am in favor of Labeling GMOs and having the Right to Know what is in our food, but I feel that the Right to Know and the Know how to grow our own food go hand in hand. I see it as inevitable that we will Label GMOs, but will we end up closer to “Outgrowing GMOs?” Labeling is not enough. We need to get GMOs out of our food supply, Is this possible? How do we go about it?
Where do we start? I believe a shift in consciousness is being asked of us as individuals. Food reform will come as we return to becoming a nation of Eminent small gardeners who have shifted our own consciousness and healed our estrangement from nature,
I see a grassroots movement, made up of individuals living their dreams as a pre-requisite to influencing the consciousness of Washington. A marriage is needed that begins with us, inside us. I am speaking of a marriage between the soul--our essence-- and nature, Because there would be so many of us in touch with the beat of nature we would eventually create a groundswell that would touch Washington. Uncle Sam, currently in the farm bed with Biotechnology, would return to the Technology that is intended to grow on earth. I call that Technology Nature's Original Technology.
"Eminence"--in my definition means having soul in the driver's seat of our lives. Eminence comes from feeling we are the King in our own life. Gardening, and what it teaches about the self, is one of the clearest ways to create eminence.
My dream is that Washington will come around to seeing that GMOs in our food supply are not good for us as a nation. GMO proliferation is a symptom of our estrangement from nature and knowing the nature of our soul.
I see Washington getting married to the Anti GMO point of view for its own economic best health. Good luck. Fat chance. How do we get there from here?

What’s so Special about Heirloom Seeds? My relationship with Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds became in the Prop 37 Campaign in 2012. I received one of 160,000 free packets of Non GMO San Marzano Tomato seeds that were a contribution to foster Non GMO awareness. Growing out those tomato seeds at the same time I was inspired to grow ancient Kamut® Khorasan wheat, and the events in Washington to Label Pizza a vegetable, motivated me to Grow a Healthier Pizza.
The National Heirloom Expo that year shifted my future plans. Since I have made friends with Jere Gettle, a gentle man and kindred soul who sees as I do, a nation of small gardeners, transforming the landscape of our political and social reality. What’s so special about Kamut® Ancient Grains?
My work is called Plant Your Dream. I have been a longtime enthusiast of the work of Edmond Bordeaux Skezely who in a short story about Zarathustra awakened by Soul to its purpose to follow in the footsteps of the ancient Persian gardener who returned his nation to prosperity through getting its King to garden simple wheat seeds. I see it as inevitable that GMO's will be labeled, yet "Outgrowing GMOs" asks a shift in Consciousness that begins with the individual, and becomes a Grassroots Movement, that is profoundly nature connected, and then, because of its popularity, trickles upward to become a shift that becomes so popular that Uncle Sam Marries "Anti" GMO. More and more people are becoming Engaged in the fight against GMOs. We are marching. We are creating the consumer demand for labeling as well as an a growing awareness that biotechnology in the farm field is a lost cause for many reasons including health and its impact on the loss of biodiversity of seeds. GMOs are a symptom of a disconnection, a loss of soul with the soil. My hope is that the connection will be made that true cultivation begins in the soil, and it is here were the roots of our grassroots movement will become grounded.
There is something very, very real that happens when we garden even a single seed. There is something profound and connected when in seeing and feeling the growth of a plant we see that we are feeding our dreams. When the vision of planting becomes connected with the natural growth process, we are taking steps that will lead to an awaking of consciousness.
I have been involved in a movement toward Food Reform for many years. I became super involved when Prop 37 came around. The Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza was inspired by a number of factors including the takeover by the “Moneybags” of our government (once again) and its influence on putting profits over the the health of foods for our children.
The incident that occurred in nov 2011, the naming of Pizza as a vegetable, inspired the Campaign to Grow A Healthier Pizza. The seed for this Campaign was already in place. Early on in Prop 37, I received one of 160,000 free packets of San Marzano Tomato seeds, popular for making pizza sauce, from the Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company.
My love affair with wheat went back decades when I discovered the work of Edmond Bordeaux Szekely who told the story of how Persia and its kind recovered their economic strength, when they became a nation of gardeners. I would have to say that it is in the principles of the grow a healthier Pizza starter kit that we can find activity that I personally would like to be doing in my own final days.
These would include planting seeds and having faith that Seeds will come up that dreams will come up when we plant them

Right from the start of Prop 37 I had my concerns that one day, it was inevitable that we would get GMOs Labels, but that we would end up no wiser about “Outgrowing GMOs.”
I literally believe the shift in consciousness that is being asked of us will come as we return to becoming a nation of Eminent small gardeners who have shift the consciousness of Washington because there are so many of us in touch with the beat of nature.
The groundswell would eventually touch washington. Uncle Sam, currently in the farmed with Biotechnology would return to Nature’s Original Technology is intended to grow on earth.
I have been influenced by the climate change scientist Guy Macperson. He believes that from his research, we have limited years before our human race goes extinct. I am convinced that losing our seeds, the vast variety of seeds, and losing our Know How to grow our own food are steps toward extinction. The demise of our ability to grow our own food and the loss of seeds will come before human extinction. In helping to Win Back our Sacred seeds, we are helping to Win back our Souls. In living the earth better, as individuals than we found it, or striving to do so, we are doing all we could. The Earth, I believe, will survive, in spite of us, and yet with us, hopefully we will return to the earth one day as a wiser species. It is important how we leave this planet if we are to leave.
I believe as MacPherson, that catatropic conditions brings the best out of each of us. I have witnessed this throughout my whole life, beginning with being a reporter on a local newspaper as the San Fernando Valley Earthquake of 1971 hit. I saw people everywhere reach out to help one another. Now is the time to reach out to help one another through learning to grow some of our own food. In doing so, we are becoming Eminent Gardeners of America the Beautiful.
Many of the Presidents in the early years of our nation were Eminent Gardeners. It is the loss of this basic connection to the soil that predated current Technological catastrophe. In truth, the Earth and the Soul are soil mates. Where do we go from here? As a youth, I was given many spiritual tools. In my eldering years, I am sorry that my wisdom has not kept up with what I needed to know. I do know a few principles and among these are that The Right to Know–so popular now, and the Knowing How to Grow Our Own food go hand in hand. When I first heart of the National Heirloom Expo…I knew this was my show and a place where my people were gathering.
FOOD REFORM AND GROWING FOOD GO TOGETHER
I was spiritually raised by Dr. Bernard Jensen, a San Diego resident for many years. He called himself a Nature Boy. He knew that Growing Food and Food Reform went together. He had the capacity to look into the person, determine their Soul Type reflected in their Chemical Type, and then guide them toward the foods that would fulfill their health. He recommended a Balanced living Regimen, and this was not the same for every person.

GARDEN MANAGEMENT JOURNAL FOR THE JOURNEY TO THE SHOW
Part of Friday at the Natural Products Expo was making rounds with Paul Wallace director of The National Heirloom Exposition. Many of the sponsors of this very important event September 9-10-11, 2014 at the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds participate in the Natural Product Expo West.
This photo was taken in the Natural Product Expo office where my dear friend Jo Dickson was manning the main desk. I was not feeling that well a day before when I first saw this picture of a farmer in the office.
Then, a day or so later, I brought Paul up there. Paul is the epitome of a Seed Freedom hero in my eyes. I feel so honored that he believes in me. My father died a month before the Natural Product Expo. On the last day of the show, I had to leave early to honor my father. I went into an Orthodox Jewish Synagogue where I heard Rabbis speak about my father and who is was for them. They did not know who I was. I had to speak out. They were serving sugared soft drinks and foods that I consider poison to the little children. I was exhausted, but I gave an enpassioned speech with fire in my eyes. I have never related to my Jewish Orthodox roots. It is the source of original pain. I felt I lost my father to the cemetery where he said prayers every Sunday for the departed. I connected with the Rabbi who honored my father. I left him Sacred Seeds. The day following I started to develop chest congestion that went on for 2 1/2 months and then has been followed by issues in my gums and kidney involvement.
I am convinced that many of us are being asked now to look at core issues. Some of these issues are profoundly difficult for me. I have taken on responsibilities at home that are difficult as I age. I am looking for solutions. Right now, as I update this, June 7, I am prepping materials for the Fourth Annual National Heirloom Expo- The World’s Pure Food Fair! I do not feel in the best of health, but I am resolving to find again my resolve to do with my days when is most important.
Self care is most important; yet my self care is married to my passion to uplift humanity. My father served his community. Without serving, I feel my fragility. Dr. Bernard Jensen, my spiritual father, once said that most people die in bed. He was a workaholic and many of the nature photos I took of him came from interrupting him and demanding he come with me into the garden for very special shots.

Right from the start of Prop 37 I had my concerns. II am in favor of Labeling GMOs and having the Right to Know what is in our food, but I feel that the Right to Know and the Know how to grow our own food go hand in hand. I see it as inevitable that we will Label GMOs, but will we end up closer to “Outgrowing GMOs?” Labeling is not enough. We need to get GMOs out of our food supply, Is this possible? How do we go about it?
Where do we start? I believe a shift in consciousness is being asked of us as individuals. Food reform will come as we return to becoming a nation of Eminent small gardeners who have shifted our own consciousness and healed our estrangement from nature,
I see a grassroots movement, made up of individuals living their dreams as a pre-requisite to influencing the consciousness of Washington. A marriage is needed that begins with us, inside us. I am speaking of a marriage between the soul--our essence-- and nature, Because there would be so many of us in touch with the beat of nature we would eventually create a groundswell that would touch Washington. Uncle Sam, currently in the farm bed with Biotechnology, would return to the Technology that is intended to grow on earth. I call that Technology Nature's Original Technology.
"Eminence"--in my definition means having soul in the driver's seat of our lives. Eminence comes from feeling we are the King in our own life. Gardening, and what it teaches about the self, is one of the clearest ways to create eminence.
My dream is that Washington will come around to seeing that GMOs in our food supply are not good for us as a nation. GMO proliferation is a symptom of our estrangement from nature and knowing the nature of our soul.
I see Washington getting married to the Anti GMO point of view for its own economic best health. Good luck. Fat chance. How do we get there from here?
