Doctor Appointments and Deal with Insurance

I do not have the same insurance coverage I had last year at this time when I had to go into the Emergency at Alvarado with severe Kidney pain. The discomfort now is about a 3 on a scale of 10. I need to have a different way to deal with my stress.

My Crown appointment with Dr. Olsen at Dr Katnik office is 10:30 am
June 6, 2014

what do I do if the discomfort increases?

Kay said go to emergency….

Ultrasound...
how about the procedure…


Kay said she will look up and see what is authorized now that was requested when I went in. She said if the pain goes up, I would go into the emergency. The authorization is then waved.

Authorization--if I reed it for Kidney procedure….if I need it…
Talked to Kay.

Ultrasound…she is checking if it was approved. It was requested…

and other kidney test… waiting on Health Net.

She will call me back...

I am discouraged, and having some grief…
that I would have to go this route again.


Go to People's and get the remedies I need to follow Dr. Ellen's recommendations…

I am cutting back on the lamb and adding the Apple Cider Vinegar.

I do not like how the nerves in jaw are feeling.
