Sugar Free Now Berry Energy Tea Drink Test: Can this be a Soft Drink Substitute?
Nadine is a big soft drink fan. She has been leaning more toward different drinks that are more on the health side with less sugar. A couple years ago we met a legend in the supplement field at the Natural Product Expo West. The meeting was at the American Botanical Council event that I enjoy every year. Old friend Mark Blumenthal puts on a great evening event.
That year, Elwood Richard, the founder of NOW was one of the recipients of the Legends Awards. Later that evening, we met at the ABC event. Nadine struck up a conversation first, and then I introduced myself.
Elwood sent me a few products to try. I believe that year I was starting to look for supplements to lift up my energy. I am 66 now, and Nadine is 36.
If it weren't for AminoActiv, a supplement that I take on a regular basis, I would not be keeping up with activities. I have a tendency toward IBS. I have had some TCM doctors tell me recently that I am likely malnourished. I do not digest my foods well. AminoActiv seems to give my body something that it needs.
I asked Elwood for suggestions and he sent me a few supplements. One was an Acerola Vitamin C concentrate. The Berry Drink was sent because I do work from time to time with youth in high school. I thought perhaps this Berry sugar free drink might be an improvement from all the soft drinks I see them bringing into the classroom.
This was the first time I saw Nadine mixing the Sugar Free Berry Energy Drink.
I tasted it. It was pretty sweet. Nadine liked it. I felt good about the founder of the company, Elwood Richard.

They provide products that are organic when ever possible or natural. I like this video. i feel this company is on a mission to be honest. That is likely why Elwood Richard is considered a legend in the Natural Product Industry.
