THE PROBLEM WITH IPHOTO

I cannot control the ordering of the FOLDERS.
The top one stays top….

I am doing a work around….Having this be the FOLDER WITH THE NAME OF THE IPHOTO LIBRARY.

I am putting the other FOLDERS UNDERNEATH THIS ONE.
