Watched the Biggest Loser this morning and I'm not as into it as I used to be. Really I'm more into Ka Sundance youtube videos.
Today I did 45minues at the gym...weight mobility and treadmill. Yesterday, I had some hypotension at work. A CNA took my bp and it was 90/60. I added some baked bread and really I added some sea salt and lime ponzu sauce on my lunch salad.
