Need 24 hour Schedule for Med-food Kidney Dissolving Project

This was my most difficult night yet since pain started June 22. The Catscan has identified two kidney stones.

My goal today is to come up with a schedule that works.

Before bed I took Percoset, a narcotic for pain. Both Ken, who is helping with herbs and the urology suggested that Percoset could be less harmful that Ipuprofen.

I started to have reactions to the Percoset that including something itchy back, foggy head, and some swelling of bags under my eyes, presumably liver involvement.

What was surprising that at 4:44 am I woke up with #4 pain in the right back.

This was shocking. It told me I had to wake up earlier to take Ibuprofen.

I have to have a routine if I am to stay out of pain.

8:47: am four hours and main is returning...
w/ lamb. Watermelon would not have been enough to
meet requirement for Take with Food.
