How to Release Ourselves from the Burden of Monsanto

There is a delightful delicate rain falling this morning over the Enchanted Garden. I put out two yellow buckets to gather it. Yesterday, was the Hillcrest Farmers' Market. I spent the day with a poster from the Eat-in at the #FDA that has been going on on the East Coast now for 1 hr and 41 minutes.

I talked to Adam Eidinger last night and sent him Blessings on this important event, I called too late East Coast time, and had to aoologize in my head. He wa about to go to bed and was slowing down for today.

I have been going way too fast. In the Jewish Tradition, we are in an Omer Count of 50 days. Today we are still in the week of Gevurah, where we draw things in. I see a great need for personal organization. I see a great need to come home to basics, that include trust and doing the right thing.

What is the right thing for me? It is planting seeds. How do we outgrow the Darkness? We are born in the Darkness, literally as two seeds come together to make us. All seeds start in the Darkness underground, or in some kind of container.

Then, the other elements come that belong ot Nature and they begin to grow out of the Dark. I planted seeds of Inca corn yesterday with others at the market; then some sunflowers, then some sweet peas.

These were all Heirloom Seeds. Heirloom Seeds are seeds that have been growing the same way for fifty generations. That is the main problem with what Mansanto is doing. They have disrupted the natural flow of evolution. Most of us are so distant from the beet of nature that we do not event recognize we have lost our beat.

I have been feeling boxed in by the lifestyle I have created. The Pizza Box is now a metaphor for me. Our Deepest Dreams are in the Pizza Box. I am taking mine out today and planting them.
