A guy comments at a Facebook post by Mike Adams (the Health ranger):
"Well Mike yes and no. Cooked food shortens life. I believe less cooking longer life."

I commented right following that comment and said:

"The Kitchen is 'all inclusive' of whatever food preparation may take place in it and traditionally it included a 'hearth'.
Bone broth is a food-as-medicine (one of many examples) whereby heat is required to extract the nutrients.
Although an exclusively cooked food diet may not be recommended for everyone there are foods that actually are not recommended to be eaten raw.
But dairy, and exclusively grass-fed, is highly recommended raw and cultured.

I forgot to add my number one reference for this comment and that is "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston A. Price. He presented the best documentation that was available to him at the time (1930s) for showing how radiant health flourished among a dozen different cultures around the world that all had varying amounts of raw and cooked foods in their traditional diets. Traditional "bone broths" are jut one excellent example of nourishing foods that are produced by cooking.
