Hiya, the best thing to do on St. Padre Pio's feast day is to eat a special meal in honour of this great Saint, you are not mean't to fast on a Saint's day but celebrate with joy.

You could do other thing like say a litany  and prayers to him, (check for Litany of St. Padre Pio on the net) say 5 our fathers in his honour. Just have a good time and eat your favourite meal.
