Lost 0.6 lbs yesterday.. so now at 146.2. Cool that it's dropping :)

Didn't do a liver cleanse last night. Went to yoga without eating at all, and had such a brilliant class that the thought of fasting and taking salts, etc. afterwards felt like a needless punishment. I don't think it was a bad decision not doing the cleanse. Bikram yoga is a cleanse in itself, anyway. In +++ ketosis yesterday evening, and ++ this morning. Eat a bunch of brazil nuts (150g) late last night, after a salad -again, not perfectly ideal!

So, today is saturday, and there is a real happy mood about the place. Normally I don't eat breakfast (i'm just on about one evening meal a day, now), but this morning was so bright and sunshiny, and I had been woken up by a friend calling over to give me a hug before he went away on a short trip... that i went and bought and eat a huge beautiful salad. Organic leaves, parmesan, pesto, spring onion, olive oil, balsamic vinegar... delicious.

So. Tomorrow, back to plain protein again. That means: no leaves, no cheese. No leaves, no cheese. Cheese messes things up. Eating cheese, i stay in ketosis but don't lose weight. So, for my own benefit: NO CHEESE!!! And i hardly ever eat leaves without some parmesan, so, no leaves. Just: eggs, fish, steak. Beautiful plain protein.

Liver cleanse tonight, i think.
