93 degree cycling...blowdryer in my face!

The heat was FIERCE today. 16.7 miles seems so long in 93 degree heat. Then again, I did wearing an old gym tee shirt, long pants and wearing my marathon goodie bag on my back. I'm soooo glad I froze a half gallon jug of water...an empty juice jug from work LOL The ten miles to my rest stop are getting easier and easier and I no longer need an extended rest break at the half way point.

Soooo tired and fried. I'm bypassing foamrolling and going to bed.
