another GS recipe

Two quarts:
1 grapefruit
1 orange
1 cup of frozen okra
1 cup of kale (more like a hand grab of kale)
1/2 cup of frozen spinach
1 scoop of body fortress protein powder (till my finances improve)
1/2 tsp creatine powder
1/2 tsp glutamine powder
This made two quarts of green stuff which I drank down over the coure of a shift. I started getting the munchies around 10:30 pm and had a sm cup of cottage cheese. Now I'm home and off to bed before I eat something LOL! I filched two bananas from the community fruit basket for GS in the AM.
Tomorrow's plan:
7:30 am mass
8:30-9:15 gym
weekend side hustle
home for a nap
3-11 shift
