Well it's rawsome to me. It may be even redneck diva. My netbook cord doesn't work so no video BUT...

Green Smoothie:

frozen spinach
frozen okras
orange-sale
banana- not really sale
handful of kale- ginormous bag from Walmart for $4
aloe

1.5 liters approx=300cal

Plus lots of sale apples! When I visit my mom on Long Island next week, I hope to make tons of videos or posts about going rawfood crazy in the big city. Not really. I'm a frugal penny pincher cheapskate. The okra smoothie is super filling and doesn't leave me starving which this busy LTC nurse needs.
