I recently discovered watercolor pencils--They look just like regular colored pencils, and you can use them the same way as pencils to color and sketch. When you put a bit of water on the drawings with a small paint brush, voila'! The colors blend and smooth into watercolor! I find this much more fun and easier to use than regular watercolor paints.  All art by Mayah, 11" X 14", watercolor pencil and ink, created February 2011.
