Annette Presley, RD, LD shares her experience regarding a complaint filed against her for teaching people to eat butter instead of margarine:

Her personal testimony is a perfect example of why I did not pursue dietetic studies in school that were following the American Dietetic (Dictocratic) Association. My professor at that time was the secretary of ADA's Illinois chapter.
