All the "old folks" can believe and do as they please with their dietary choices and not likely impact others but anyone who thinks they may want to have children may want to check out the points made in this article including:

"The sex hormones are made from cholesterol. Lowered cholesterol often results in decreased libido and increased infertility and miscarriage."

May 30, 2015 -

I have a friend who recently informed me that she is pregnant. I gifted her with a complimentary nutrition consult. Liver once a week was recommended. A couple days later I was gifted with a fresh portion of liver and I shared a serving to my friend. After my dinner I wrote to another friend who had gifted me with the liver.

I wrote:
"... Just enjoyed the Very Best (virtually melt-in-your-mouth) raw liver experience in my whole life ...!

My recipe is 1/3 raw liver 1/3 raw onion and 1/3 butter (ideally raw as well).

I should write a book on this or something!"

I had to note this and I decided to add it here since at least part of this relates to the subject matter of this blog post.

Also just found the following regarding "morning sickness" and it definitely relates here.

"... A healthy liver is capable of handling the surge of hormones that occurs during pregnancy. Unfortunately, our livers are under constant stress. Between environmental toxins, the Standard American Diet, trans-fats and high sugar intake, our livers have taken a hit, and more and more people suffer from liver congestion and toxicity. Liver congestion and toxicity can manifest themselves in several ways, like acne or fatigue, maldigestion, constipation, etc. In a pregnant woman, a congested liver is unable to respond to the body’s demands and that’s when morning sickness sets in. It doesn’t help that in order to combat the nausea and malaise, women often turn to saltines, foods high in starches, and the omnipresent ginger ale, laden with high fructose corn syrup. This fare introduces yet another assault to the liver.":

Having "said" that I felt obligated to offer an option for possibly avoiding "morning sickness" and so here's what I have:
