The Traffic School to Go is mailing me
out a two day delivery Certificate via Federal Express.

Rodolfo, the tech agent, is doing his best to be helpful.

He tells me he has mailed me out three copies of this
Certificate.

He is going to mail me out a two day Fed Ex today
Wednesday.

I hope one of the three Certificates he has sent out
arrive today. This will be the 13 day and three days
after my court date to turn in the Finished certificate.

Got an email today of concern from
a business called the American Safety Council


Here is my response to them:



Thank you for your concern.

It is nerve wracking.

I am still waiting for the Certificate.
I am now three days beyond my court day.

The Tech support has been helpful
and done there best to remedy this situation.

Hopefully This will turn out alright.

I will go down to the court again to turn in the Certificate
once it arrives.

The Tech agent Rodolfo has sent out a new certificate
each time I have called, but none have arrived.

He has promised to send out a two day Fed Ex Version today
that he said would arrive on Friday.

Thanks for your prompt reply. Please let me know if you do not receive your certificate by Friday. Hopefully this is not an issue with the mail service provider. I have forwarded your case to the customer service director for further review.
