Some people might imagine that living
with more people in a big house is a cheaper way
to go.

It is not.

It is expensive.

IT is energy expensive.

I was talking to N in the kitchen.

She is doing outstanding PHD work,
and I wish her the best.

She never walks the garden here.
This is a loss for the garden, and for her.

I need people to live here who want the garden,
who want to love the garden.

I have gone from aroiund $14,000 to $4000.00
in reserves in the last month.

I need to rais the rents, a bit to cover
some additional ongoing expense
about $20.00 a month.

She said that living here was not cheap,
and that if I were raising rents, she could be living
alone for the same price.

I would think that living alone might be cheaper.

I wish her well.

I need to communicate the shifts to my housemates.

Living here is expensive anyway I look at it.
