The first entry on taking the product Stay Activ as a leg cramp preventative.

My Good Friend: "The Enchanted Gardener" gave me three capsules of Stay Activ when I mentioned needing a remedy for leg cramps. I thought I'd save the capsules till I actually experienced the cramps and he suggested taking them as a preventative. I took them this afternoon with water. I believe they are digesting in my stomach now. I wanted to at least note this for starters with the intention of adding to this later as I have more to report.
